The Proclamation of 1763 was really bad at that time because there was enough trouble. Many people moved to the west, that Britain had won. But the natives were afraid they would come and destroy their homes. Instead they tried to push the native out of town because there was some fighting going on. Then the proclamation came in, to stop most of the fighting so there could be some peace. But for doing that the settlers still tried to move to the west. some stayed and didn't like the way Britain was trying control the colonists. So it was just horrible things turned out to be. Then people kept moving to the west and there was really nothing they could do about it. But most people were happy once no one was trying to boss them around.
